Shipping policy

We offer the following shipping methods: 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically within 7-21 business days.

 

Pre-Order Items

Production: Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production and fulfillment after the pre-order window closes. Our pre-order windows typically close on Fridays of that week's batch or the following Friday. Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item. *production will start immediately once the pre-order window closes*

 

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's custom agency. These fees must be paid by customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid custom fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
