Here at Chosen Culture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must include original tags and labels (packaging is not mandatory).
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear and swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items are usually non-returnable to help manage inventory and reduce financial loss on discounted items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

     Initiate a Refund: Contact our customer service team at contact@chosenculture.us to request a refund. Please include your order number and reason for the refund.

     Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

     Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

     Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed.

     Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We will refund the original purchase once we receive and inspect the returned item.

International Refunds

  • For international orders, please contact our customer service team for specific return instructions. Note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

 Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
